Brooklyn Jewish Xperience (BJX) is Brooklyn's Kiruv organization. Almost 70% of Brooklyn's Jews are non-observant with little or no connection to Judaism. BJX is making a real difference in the lives of Brooklyn’s Jews. BJX works 24/7 to make Judaism accessible to unaffiliated young professionals and college students, as well as to students from frum homes that need inspiration and chizuk. The classes, events, learning/mentoring and counseling programs are turning the students’ lives around, ensuring Jewish continuity and a brighter Jewish future. Our programs motivate and inspire the students to explore fundamental topics in Torah and Judaism and provide them with an opportunity to meet and bond with wonderful role models and families from the community. In addition to our regular classes, Brooklyn Jewish Xperience, also sponsors Rosh Hashanah, Sukkos, Chanukah, Tu b’Shevat, Purim and Pesach events and programs. The goal of Brooklyn Jewish Xperience is to empower, inspire and educate our less affiliated brethren throughout the borough. Our students have had the privilege of being addressed by famous speakers such as, Rabbi Lazer Brody, Rabbi Zecharia Wallerstein, Rebbetzin Jungreis, Dr. David J. Lieberman, Rabbi Benzion Klatzko, Mr. Malcolm Hoenlein, Mr. Charlie Harary and others. Brooklyn Jewish Xperience is endorsed by Moreinu Harav Yisroel Belsky, Shlita, and many other esteemed local Rabbonim. BJX has been featured in the Yated, Hamodia, Jewish Press, 5 Towns Jewish Times, Flatbush Jewish Journal, Jewish Voice and other prominent newspapers and online sites. BJX is a 501(c)3 organization, under the devoted leadership of renowned lecturer, author, and Kiruv expert Rav Yitzchok Fingerer and a team of dedicated volunteers. Rabbi Fingerer's inspiring classes can be heard each Wednesday morning on 97.5 FM, Radio Hidabroot. BJX is building an historic Kiruv center, the first of its kind in Brooklyn.
